X-WR-CALDESC:The annual K-8 Student Art Show is on view in the main and nor
 th galleries at the Carbon County Arts Guild & Depot Gallery. It is a show
  that represents a broad view of the creative talent from students in Fish
 tail\, Fromberg\, Joliet\, Luther\, Nye\, Red Lodge\, Roberts\, and home s
 chools. \n\nLocal art teachers select the work to bring to the Arts Guild.
  Once the work is installed\, the Arts Guild invites a local artist and co
 mmunity member to judge the art in the show so awards can be given out. Th
 is year Red Lodge artist Dominique Paulus and First Interstate Bank Commer
 cial Relationship Manager\, Kim Haman came to the gallery to select the aw
 ard winning pieces. From over 200 entries that included paintings\, drawin
 gs\, sculpture\, weaving\, collage\, and ceramics\, the judges chose a 1st
 -5th place winner and an honorable mention for each grade level.  The winn
 ing selections are identified by a ribbon. And thanks to our generous spon
 sors\, each winner receives a nice package of art supplies. \n\nKindergart
