 ld and Montana history. One of her first memories is swinging her arm full
  length with a crayon on a wall while her loving mother laughingly rushed 
 to stop her. She received her first oil paints and canvases at 8. Later\, 
 she would walk blocks with armloads of art books from the library to copy 
 from the masters. \n\nRaised in the east and schooled in art and anthropol
 ogy at Penn State University\, she set her sights on the West decades ago 
 and is firmly settled in Red Lodge. Her paintings hang in galleries from t
 he Rocky Mountains to the corporate board rooms of New York and Miami. Her
  dramatic paintings bring you right before the magnificent animals and soa
 ring mountain vistas of Montana. She explores unique color combinations an
 d layers. Whether hiking the Rockies\, or attending a powerful Native Amer
 ican ceremony\, she has that particular gift of observing the details in n
 ature\, and translating that moment to the canvas\, and\, hence\, to the v
 iewer. Her art is on permanent exhibit in the Montana State Capitol Buildi
 ng.\n\nGuerrero has sold and exhibited nationwide. Selected exhibitions in
 clude: Big Sky Auction for the Arts\, Big Sky\, Montana\; Rocky Mountain R
 egional Juried Exhibition\, Red Lodge\, Montana\; Carbon County Arts Guild
