Urban Sketching with John Kennedy
Across the world thousands of people are embracing the urban sketching movement, to share their love of the places they live and travel through their art.
Urban Sketching participants will:
• Learn more about what urban sketching is (and is not), and provide some basic guidance to give you the confidence to get out there and sketch your community.
• Practice drawing using lines, pen, pencil color, and text as we learn the building blocks for sketching everything from simple vignettes of daily life to beautiful street scenes.
• Sketch some of the beautiful buildings in Red Lodge (weather permitting)
• Show your creations at a pop-up show at the Depot Gallery during ArtWalk.
