Janice is a Guild Member and one of the art teachers provided by the Art Education Outreach Program.
When asked about her role as an educator, Janice replied "It is a joy to teach art in Roberts, Fishtail, Luther and in Red Lodge at the Guild. My goal as an art educator is to provide a positive, creative environment for young people to explore and develop their own unique relationship with art making. I facilitate a curriculum that fosters creative thinking, problem solving, development of traditional artistic skills, knowledge of culture and art history, understanding of diverse media and expression of personal voice. As a dedicated art maker myself, I am truly inspired by the work our local youth produce in the art rooms and am honored to keep learning along side them."
