Set Up
Plan to arrive in time to set up and be ready to open by 8:45 a.m. If you are not here by 8:30 a.m. on September 2, and we have not heard from you, we will reassign your space. This year, vendors can set up on September 1 anytime between 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Keep in mind there is no security in the park, so set-up before the actual day of the event is at your own risk. There will be Guild staff available Sunday, September 1, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. Monday, September 2, to check you in and direct you to your space if needed. A map of booths with vendor names will be posted on the depot door.
Watch for the sprinkler system heads as you walk around the park and off-load your items. The City of Red Lodge emphasized No Tent stakes or vehicles are allowed on the lawn in Lions Park. You must use other methods to hold your tent down.
